What we collect & why
Contact & brief inquiries
When you fill out the contact form on our website, we collect your name, email address, company name, and the brief you submit. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and assess whether we can work together.
Legal basis Legitimate interest (pre-contractual communication).
Storage Email inbox. Data is not transferred to third-party platforms. We retain it for as long as the business relationship is active or relevant.
Kickoff booking & billing details
When you book a kickoff and submit billing details, we collect your name, email, phone number (optional), company name, business ID or VAT number, billing address, e-invoice details (optional), and a short project description.
This data is used to issue invoices and manage our client relationship. Billing data is handled by the Tunement team as needed to deliver the service, and processed in Finago Procountor, our invoicing software.
Legal basis Contract (necessary to fulfil a purchase order).
Storage Email inbox and Finago Procountor. Retained for the period required by Finnish accounting law (currently 6 years).
Call bookings via Cal.com
When you book a call through our website, the booking is handled by Cal.com, a third-party scheduling tool. Cal.com collects your name, email, and meeting topic. Their privacy policy applies: cal.com/privacy.
We receive the booking details by email and use them only to prepare for and conduct the meeting.
Legal basis Legitimate interest (scheduling a requested meeting).
Community list
If you opt in via the “Be part of our community” form, we collect your name, email, company or project name, and your role (if provided). You are added to a private list maintained in Google Sheets (Google Drive).
We use this list to send occasional updates about events, workshops, and listening sessions — things we think are genuinely useful. We do not send automated marketing emails. Frequency is low and intentional.
Legal basis Consent (explicit opt-in checkbox).
Who has access to your data
Your data is handled by the Tunement team, to the extent required to deliver the service you have requested. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Withdraw consent at any time, for the community list.
Lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
